Director of Strategic Talent Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to design recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey, ensuring professionalism and transparency at every stage.
  • Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize processes.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda—fostering collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on managing Talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of ATS, HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
