Real Estate Channel Partner Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
The position of a Real Estate Channel Partner Acquisition Manager at Livspace involves fostering strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring a continuous flow of customer leads, and maintaining the highest level of quality in those leads. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with real estate channel partners, possess good knowledge of real estate brokers, and demonstrate excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to channel partners to build a strong network and influence over the network.
- Ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of channel partners.
- Maintaining the highest level of quality in leads, defined as Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
- Following up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
- Engaging channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company.
- Maintaining the brand image of the company by adhering to an appropriate code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduation qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
- Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
- Two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
- Highly motivated individual who is target-driven.
- Flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (estimated), based on qualifications and experience. Compensation package includes a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
