Strategic Business Lead for Amazon India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Lead to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka - B56. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth: Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve the end customer and seller experience.
- Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with sellers in your team's portfolio along with internal stakeholders. Be a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Process Excellence: Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and programs that accelerate seller's growth and improve their experience working with Amazon.
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience managing teams
- Experience planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing C-level executives
- Experience managing a team and training/on-boarding new members
