We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for our Gift Cards business in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing growth and P&L trends, prioritizing top inputs, and partnering across all verticals to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and driving new growth opportunities for Gift Cards in India.
  • Building pricing frameworks for business growth across all channels, working with Analytics and ML Teams to develop pricing models.
  • Leading core Gift card partnerships, engaging in negotiations involving Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Finance fronts.
  • Analyzing and identifying levers to increase customer base for Gift Cards Business, working with all GC Leaders/functions to drive higher engagement for Amazon India.
  • Driving Gift Cards Risk based modeling to reduce fraud and abuse across business.
  • Leading Data Infrastructure instrumentation across all GC channels for building fraud check automations, building ML/AI predictive models for growth, revenue, and cost line items.

Amazon Pay Gift Cards (APGC) is Amazon India's pre-paid product, serving gifting needs of Indian customers, incentives for corporate partners, and fulfilling internal disbursement needs of our internal teams within Amazon. With a mission to be the most trusted, convenient, and rewarding payment and gifting experience for all Indians, we are the industry leader in India Gift Card Market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.
