This is a challenging opportunity to join myGwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Business Development Specialist for Amazon Pay, you will be responsible for leading the charter to scale Payouts Channel for Amazon Pay Gift Card and Voucher business.

Job Description

As a seasoned Business Development manager, you will be focused on driving sales and customer experiences for the gift cards category. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving gift card sales through B2B2C/Gaming and Corporate Payouts channel by interacting with CXO's within Ecommerce/Online Services/Gaming and Fintech industries.
  • On-boarding new corporates for Amazon gift cards by providing solutions to their consumer promotion, loyalty, payouts, and rewards use cases.
  • Cultivating business relationships with key partners and corporate customers.

You will be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics across partner platforms. You will also prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Data Analytics, SQL, and Tableau.
  • The ability to manage complex projects/new product GTM implementation across various stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to influence without authority.

We are seeking a numbers-driven, team-oriented individual with a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. You should have a proven history of driving B2B sales and relationship management. An understanding of and passion for e-commerce is highly desired.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of professional or military experience.
  • 2+ years of generating new opportunities with a strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution.
  • Experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions.

In terms of preferred qualifications, we would like to see:

  • Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
