
Strategic Finance Partnerships Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and building strategic partnerships with mid-to-large-sized corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential partners suitable for partnering with our group
- Meet with top management, promoters, directors, and decision-makers to explore opportunities for funding via debt or equity routes
- Discuss and identify opportunities for adding value to companies on the funding front, including domestic and international funding options
- Negotiate and close mandates with suitable companies for fundraising assignments
- Coordinate with the internal credit team to close documentation and support the execution process as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of banking products, such as trade finance, project finance, and TL/ WC
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
