About the Role:
This role is centered around developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key clients. As a Strategic Client Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue through these partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client bases to expand our footprint.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on client status, including sales forecasts and account growth metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss future strategies.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform account strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
