Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners and determining their compatibility with our goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of the human resources landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key organizations in the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership alignment with company goals.
- Respond to HR queries and provide timely support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A degree in any field (UG: Any Graduate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
