Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to support our Strategic Client Partnership and Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about B2B sales, strategy, and digital transformation. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting lead generation, outreach, market mapping, and sales enablement efforts.

Successful interns will be offered a full-time role with a direct onboarding to the core BD team — without any probation.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct research on potential clients and industries (CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, CDOs, CIOs, CEOs).


• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads across geographies (India, APAC, Middle East, US).


• Draft and personalize outreach messages for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.


• Maintain and update CRM data for prospects and accounts.


• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and capability decks.


• Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.


• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams for campaigns and events.


• Track performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, outreach success rates).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications


• Students or recent graduates in MBA, BBA, or related fields.


• Strong interest in consultative sales, client engagement, and strategy.


• Excellent written and spoken English communication.


• Proficient with LinkedIn, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and CRM tools.


• Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn.


• Prior exposure to B2B services or edtech/consulting is a plus.
