We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead Strategic Partnerships for a premier education provider specializing in global commerce and finance

qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CMA (US), and more. With 22+ years of legacy and students

across India and abroad, we are committed to bridging the gap between academic learning and

global employability. We are looking for professional who will shape the future of higher education collaborations, distribution channels, and student career opportunities in India.

Location:Mumbai

Working days/hours : Mon-Sat ,9:00 am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  1. Institutional Partnerships

o Forge strategic tie-ups with colleges, universities, and brand employers for launching integrated programs across India.

o Co-create academic collaborations, MoUs, and long-term growth initiatives.

  1. Distribution & Market Expansion

o Build and manage distribution channels across multiple Indian markets to scale program outreach.

o Identify emerging markets and deploy strategies to strengthen presence.

  1. Employer & Placement Partnerships

o Establish employer tie-ups for student internships and employment opportunities post program completion.

o Develop strong relationships with industry leaders to ensure corporate partnerships for placements.

  1. Growth & Acquisitions

o Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities for inorganic growth.

o Drive synergies with like-minded education and training providers.

  1. Brand Building & Representation

o Represent Synthesis Learning at industry forums, education conclaves, and corporate roundtables.

o Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the higher education and finance training ecosystem.

Eligibility & Requirements

 Experience: 5+ years in Strategic Partnerships / Alliances / Business

Development within the Higher Education or Commerce/Education ecosystem.

 Proven track record of building institutional, corporate, or employer partnerships.

 Strong understanding of the commerce, finance, and higher education market in India.

 Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive large-scale initiatives.
