Partnership Operations Lead

Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding Leadership: Optimize and lead the onboarding process from initial form submission to successful platform integration. Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communications.
- Information Management: Ensure all partner profiles, product details, pricing, and offerings are current and accurate.
- Lead Tracking & Closure Management: Monitor and report on lead handoffs, conversion status, and partner performance metrics.
- Process Development: Design, document, and continuously improve partner workflows and operational procedures.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities for deeper collaboration beyond basic platform participation.
- Partner Success & Support: Proactively address partner needs, resolve issues, and ensure an optimal platform experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with overall business objectives.
- Performance Analytics: Track partnership KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations for growth and optimization.
Requirements
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Relationship Building: Natural talent for connecting with people and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Process & Operations Mindset: Strong organizational skills with experience in process design and optimization.
- SaaS Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, business models, and partnership dynamics.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable interfacing with senior executives and decision-makers at partner companies.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to relationship management.

Pay: ₹300, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
