What You'll Own
- Lead the charge
: Handle all inbound/outbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and broker connects. - Close with style
: Show prospects why Of10 is more than an office — it's an experience. - Grow revenue
: Hit occupancy and desk-revenue targets. Track your pipeline like a pro. - Build partnerships
: With startups, brands, agencies, brokers, and anyone who adds value to our community. - Keep the vibe
: Work with our hospitality & events team to make sure clients don't just rent a desk — they feel at home.
Who You Are
- You've got
3–7 years in sales/business development
(coworking, hospitality, gyms, boutique hotels — we love all of it). - You're
sharp, polished, and consultative
— not the "discount sales" type. - You understand design, culture, and what makes premium brands tick.
- You thrive in a high-ownership role and treat this like
your book of business
. - Bonus points if you already have a network in Powai/Mumbai startup/creative circles.
