We're looking for a
Brand Partnerships Lead
to spearhead
new business and revenue growth.

This is a
senior, target-driven sales role
where your key responsibility is to
bring in brand partnerships, close high-value deals, and build long-term relationships
with agencies and marketers. If you thrive on winning new business, creating strategic brand solutions, and leading conversations at a decision-maker level, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition:
    Identify, pitch, and convert leading brands and agencies into active clients.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    Own and exceed quarterly/annual business targets through strategic outreach and high-value deal closures.
  • Strategic Brand Solutions:
    Design custom influencer marketing proposals and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closure:
    Lead end-to-end deal negotiations, finalize contracts, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer opportunities to stay ahead.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal campaign teams to convert briefs into impactful influencer activations.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    6–8 years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or media sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Sales Leadership:
    Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
  • Industry Expertise:
    Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms, and brand strategies across sectors.
  • Relationship Builder:
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Strategic & Creative:
    Ability to align the right creators with brand objectives and craft innovative influencer solutions.
  • Organized & Goal-Oriented:
    Excellent planning, pipeline management, and multitasking abilities.
