We're on the lookout for a Deputy Operations and above profiles to join our growing team at GroomYourGram — someone who thrives on structure, loves solving chaos, and can balance strategy with execution and Business partnerships

Deputy Operations Manager
in this role, you'll be the bridge between our
Operations Lead and the Ops team
— ensuring everything runs smoothly. From taking client servicing meetings to overseeing daily influencer campaign execution, you'll be deeply involved in the heart of our operations.

What we're looking for:

  1. 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a relevant industry
  2. Strong understanding of campaign execution, Client servicing, Influencer management & brand servicing + Retention
  3. Excellent communication & leadership skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat
  5. Brainstorming, ideating, Crafting Briefs, and putting your creativity to the test :)
  6. Minimum contract period: 15 months

Key Account Managers & influencer Marketing Intern

in this role, you'll be the bridge between the client and the influencer — ensuring everything runs smoothly. From taking client servicing meetings to overseeing daily influencer campaign execution end to end , you'll be deeply involved in the heart of Campaigns and our operations.

Brand Partnerships roles & Client Servicing (Influencer Marketing)

in this role,
you will be driving new business through strategic influencer campaign pitches, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution from brief to delivery. It focuses on building strong brand partnerships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring campaign success through coordination, reporting, and consistent client satisfaction
