We are looking for a dynamic leader with 1520 years of business acquisition experience in insurance or financial services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. If you are a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills and proven expertise in handling key private bank partnerships (HDFC, Axis, etc.), this opportunity is designed for you.

Responsibilities- Leading strategic bancassurance alliances with top private banks.
- Driving business acquisition and growth through bank relationships.
- Designing and executing partnership strategies for long-term success.
- Managing and mentoring senior teams for enhanced productivity.
- Building strong CXO-level engagement with partner banks.
- 1520 years of experience in insurance/financial services, with bancassurance exposure.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong network within private banks (HDFC, Axis, ICICI, Bajaj Allianz, Reliance, Tata AIG, etc.).
- Strategic mindset, leadership ability, and business growth orientation.
- Preferably 45 years of age or below.
