
Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with corporates for ICD placements and renewals. The successful candidate will drive investor confidence by effectively promoting ICD products as treasury management solutions and develop long-term alliances with corporates, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate leads for ICD mobilization through direct corporate engagement
- Map opportunities with target corporates and prepare structured pitch presentations that showcase the value proposition of ICD products
- Achieve fund-raising targets in line with organizational objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the organization
- Strong understanding of Credit Rating processes, Corporate Finance, and Treasury products, including knowledge of market trends and industry developments
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior corporate leaders
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner, with strong presentation skills
- Strong background in Credit Rating, Corporate Finance, or Banking sector, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and account management
- Proven experience in handling teams of 20+ members, with a focus on leadership, mentoring, and team development
