Channel Sales Director for Prop-tech

**Key Responsibilities**
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other real estate stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our real estate offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Channel Sales Manager, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
- 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
**Compensation Package**
The estimated salary for this role is ₹30-40 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
