About the Role: Spectrum Physio Centre is seeking a proactive and courteous Front Office & Patient Relations Coordinator to manage our Langford Garden Centers front desk operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all client interactions from initial contact to followup are handled efficiently and with the highest level of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients responsible for managing appointments responding to inquiries and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the clinic.
Job Locations and Details:
  • Location: Langford Garden Center Bengaluru
  • CTC Range: Up to 25K INR per month
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (with a break from 12:00 PM 3:00 PM)
  • Preferred Candidates: Residing near Langford Garden Center

Core Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in managing appointment systems and handling phone calls
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Customer serviceoriented with a professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of physiotherapy services (training provided)

A Typical Day in This Role:
  • Answering all incoming calls and addressing client inquiries with a polite and professional tone
  • Managing and scheduling appointments based on the availability of physiotherapists and patient preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications and appointments in the designated software
  • Greeting clients upon arrival ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Coordinating with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Following up with patients to confirm appointments and collect feedback
  • Managing front desk operations including handling payments and maintaining cleanliness
