Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director who can step in and bring immediate revenue by leveraging their existing client base and strong connections within the enterprise sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing large-scale enterprise deals and be able to quickly tap into their network to generate new business and drive growth. This individual will own the enterprise sales segment, from prospecting through closing, and will play a key role in expanding our enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Generation : Leverage your existing network and connections with enterprise clients to bring in new business and close high-value deals.
Enterprise Deal Acquisition : Identify, target, and close new enterprise clients by utilizing your relationships and market knowledge.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, with a focus on acquiring enterprise customers.
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise decision-makers.
Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring the successful closure of large-scale deals.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and deliver value to clients.
Market Insights : Provide feedback and insights on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to help shape product offerings and strategies.
Industry Segmentation : Define key industry segments to target based on market needs and company strengths.
GTM Strategy Development : Create a Go-to-Market strategy tailored to the identified segments, focusing on effective acquisition and revenue growth.
Channel Partner Development : Establish and manage channel partnerships, including collaborations with platforms like Shopify, Flipkart, and potentially Amazon. Encourage and explore other channel opportunities that align with company goals.

Key Qualifications :
Proven experience in enterprise sales with a history of successfully closing high-value deals.
Strong existing network and relationships with enterprise-level clients across multiple industries.
Ability to generate revenue from day one by leveraging your network and business development skills.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their application in enterprise environments.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the supply chain industry or a related field is preferred.
Master's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
