What You Will Do:

  • Need entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership to ensure growth in an early stage 0-1 journey
  • Acquire customers for flowWise (payments Orchestrator) for both existing Cashfree merchants and new non-Cashfree merchants
  • Co-create go-to-market (GTM) strategy together with Strategy / Product / Product Marketing teams to acquire more customers based on deep understanding of the market & merchants, competitor intelligence and customer pain points / needs
  • Coordinate with Account Managers from other Business Units (hunting & farming both) and identify right prospects and lead the pitch-to-deal closure journey
  • Manage & support the larger team on the existing flowWise merchants to ensure retention and proactive resolution of customer issues in coordination with Product & Product ops team
  • The candidate must thrive in a high-performance environment, working with small teams and possess strong networking, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • The candidate is expected to be highly analytical, and data-driven while being a hustler and problem solver
  • Execute weekly and monthly sales plans in terms of input metrics - new leads contacted, demo delivered, etc. as well as output metrics - deals closed, MTU go-lives, GMV, etc.
  • The role would be reporting directly to Director - Strategy, Business & Program - New Initiatives and rolling up to VP, Head of New Initiatives

What You Will Need:

  • 5-7 years experience in Enterprise sales, with min 2 years experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments
  • Must understand payments space
  • Prior experience in acquiring large Enterprise grade clients for at least 2 years is a must-have
  • Excited about working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Strategy & various other Sales teams in Cashfree, on a daily basis
  • Ability to acquire deep product expertise
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and other team members
  • Prefer previous experience in the sales of a newly launched product
