Convin is seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our product strategy and execution. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take on a leadership role in shaping our product vision, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. You will be pivotal in scaling our product offerings and contributing to our overall business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Leadership: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies.
Data-Driven Insights: Setup base to Utilise data analytics and market research to inform product decisions and continuously improve our offerings.
Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
MBA Degree with a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of AI-driven products and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex business problems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
