What you will do?
● Lead the strategic planning and vision for complex product lines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
● Mentor and manage a team of product managers.
● Drive product development from conceptualization through launch.
● Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy.
What you will need?
● 5+ years of product management experience.
● Strong leadership skills and experience in managing product teams.
● Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
● Proven track record of delivering successful products.
● Experience in fintech and knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
● Prior experience in banking or financial services domains.
● Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean startup principles.
