As the new Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise, you will take the lead in
driving business growth and expanding our market presence
across the
enterprise segment . Your key focus will be
building and leading a high-performing sales team ,
delivering exceptional results , and
achieving ambitious revenue targets
while ensuring
we meet and exceed customer needs .
Key responsibilities will includeDevelop and oversee the implementation of sales and retention strategies,
customer optimization initiatives and account plansRecruit, build and mentor a sales team , providing supervision and motivation whilst adhering to global HR practices and policiesTake an active role in driving business performance , managing budget, forecast reporting, monitoring and analyzing progress and implementing corrective actions as necessaryDrive business growth by selling License Agreements and cloud services , including M365, Azure, AWS and GCP and Software Asset Management solutionsFurther expand customer engagement by fostering trusted long-term business relationships with key influencers , decision makers and stakeholders at CxO and executive level
Your Competencies12+ years of experience in IT sales
coupled with 8+ years of experience
managing sales teamsA Bachelor of Engineering (BE), MBA, or equivalent degree
and hold certifications in Cloud or LicensingDemonstrated
experience in selling licensing, cloud service and security solutionsRelevant market exposure
to software vendors, partners, service providers, system integrators, cloud resellers, independent software vendors, hardware vendors, and competitors
