Practical Information: Location: Bangalore, India | Reports to: Associate Director - Enterprise Accounts | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Learn more: As the new Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise, you will take the lead in driving business growth and expanding our market presence across the enterprise segment . Your key focus will be building and leading a high-performing sales team , delivering exceptional results , and achieving ambitious revenue targets while ensuring we meet and exceed customer needs . Key responsibilities will include Develop and oversee the implementation of sales and retention strategies, customer optimization initiatives and account plans Recruit, build and mentor a sales team , providing supervision and motivation whilst adhering to global HR practices and policies Take an active role in driving business performance , managing budget, forecast reporting, monitoring and analyzing progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary Drive business growth by selling License Agreements and cloud services , including M365, Azure, AWS and GCP and Software Asset Management solutions Further expand customer engagement by fostering trusted long-term business relationships with key influencers , decision makers and stakeholders at Cx O and executive level Your Competencies 12+ years of experience in IT sales coupled with 8+ years of experience managing sales teams A Bachelor of Engineering (BE), MBA, or equivalent degree and hold certifications in Cloud or Licensing Demonstrated experience in selling licensing, cloud service and security solutions Relevant market exposure to software vendors, partners, service providers, system integrators, cloud resellers, independent software vendors, hardware vendors, and competitors About You You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex situations with an open view on challenges to deliver practical solutions You have business acumen enabling you to assess business opportunities (risk/reward) with the ability to discuss the strategic impact on financial investments at management level You communicate effectively and can translate strategies into actionable goals for individuals, setting targets and quotas What's on offer: Mobile and internet reimbursement | Flexible work arrangement | Medical, and life insurance | Health and wellness programs | ESPP – Global listed on Oslo stock exchange Apply to join an award-winning employer
