Currently, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive specializing in Labels, Ribbons, and Hologram Labels. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the South/North / South region to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approach. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South region. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving. Maintain relationship with existing business partner. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Implement robust sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including potential markets, industries, and partnerships. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the North / South region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automation industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
