Regional Head - Channel Sales
Location: Bangalore (with coverage for Chennai & Hyderabad)
Industry: Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Head - Channel Sales to oversee and drive channel sales strategies in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The role involves managing channel partners, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team across multiple cities, ensuring performance targets are met and providing coaching and guidance.
Channel Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration in each city.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (e.g., developers, brokers).
Business Development:
- Drive business expansion and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Achieve regional sales targets and optimize sales performance through effective tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
- 9-12 years in channel sales management in real estate (residential/commercial).
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and channel partners across multiple regions.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the region (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad)
