Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Real Estate Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years in Real Estate ( Supply Side), with at least 5 years of experience in onboarding CAT -A builders.



Job Summary:

Ctruh is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Head - Real Estate Sales with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in successfully onboarding Cat A builders and developers in the real estate sector. This is a leadership role where you will drive supply-side growth, formulate and execute sales strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the supply-side sales team, focusing on the onboarding of Category A builders and developers.
  • Strategic Sales Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive growth in metro cities, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities and address challenges in the onboarding process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate sales team to ensure the smooth integration of supply and demand channels, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to the leadership team to support informed decision-making.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and evolving customer needs to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT - A builders and developers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
