Job Description:

The position holder will be leading the HR team for the Product and Technology Teams. This is a team lead role, and responsibilities include supervising recruitment, HR business partnering and L&D teams with additional focus on Performance management and HR automation.


Key Responsibilities:


 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

o Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent for technical and product roles o Build a strong employer brand to position the organization as a preferred employer in the tech space

o Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding

o Lead the Campus Hiring Process for MBA and Engineering campuses


 HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

o Act as a strategic advisor to the Product and Technology leadership team on people-related matters

o Address employee relations issues and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion o Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with the organization’s objectives and values


 Learning & Development (L&D)

o Design and implement L&D programs to upskill employees, focusing on technical, leadership, and soft skills

o Identify and address skills gaps to meet current and future business demands

o Encourage a culture of continuous learning and growth.


 Performance Management

o Drive the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback


 Team Leadership

o Lead and mentor an 8-member HR team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence

o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

o Regularly review and enhance HR policies and processes to meet organizational needs.


Key Skills:

 Strong expertise in recruitment, HRBP, L&D, and performance management

 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

 Experience in managing HR operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 Knowledge of HR technologies, analytics, and trends in the tech industry


Experience and Education:

 80%+ marks in 10th and 12th

 3+ years of relevant experience

 MBA from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred.
