Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team for a prestigious project in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling niche segment apartments, row houses, and other high-end residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for high end apartment project (Each unit valued upwards 4 CR)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, particularly in niche segments such as luxury apartments and row houses.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Kochi and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
