We are hiring a Sr. Director of Trust & Safety for one of our MNC Client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and scale Trust & Safety operations globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all users.
  • Lead large-scale global operations across Trust & Safety, including content moderation, user support, and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs and SLAs to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Manage P&L, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability, drive cost optimization strategies while maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
  • Manage a large teams, including direct and indirect reports, across multiple geographies, overseeing workforce planning, training, and development programs tailored to operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and global content moderation guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing scalable solutions to address evolving challenges in user safety.
  • Drive audits and process improvements to adhere to trust and safety best practices.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in operations management, with 10+ years in Trust & Safety or Content Moderation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing global teams and large-scale service delivery operations.
  • Strong experience in P&L management with the ability to balance financial goals and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of Trust & Safety industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and content policies.
