We are looking for a seasoned Presales Professional to join one of our esteemed BPS client across PAN India locations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A Graduate/ Post-graduate individual with 15+ years of experience in a BPO environment
- Proven expertise in Business Development (BD), Solutions, or Presales specifically within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain, particularly in contact center operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across delivery, business development, relationship management, presales, and transition teams.
Role Summary:
- Owning the end-to-end presales process, from customizing presentations and proposals to addressing commercial and contractual considerations.
- Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proactively driving business development efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (pricing, technology, transition) to design innovative, client-specific solutions.
- Presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Staying current on emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, AI/ML, RPA) and identifying opportunities to incorporate them into client solutions.
- Contributing to transformation roadmaps and strategic consulting projects.
