Presales Professional

to join one of our esteemed BPS client across

PAN India

locations.

Desired Candidate Profile:A Graduate/ Post-graduate

individual

with

15+ years of experience

in a BPO environmentProven expertise in

Business Development (BD), Solutions, or Presales

specifically within the

BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain , particularly in contact center operations.Strong

negotiation skills

with the ability to drive successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.Ability to collaborate effectively with

senior stakeholders

across

delivery, business development, relationship management, presales, and transition teams .

Role Summary:Owning the

end-to-end presales process , from customizing presentations and proposals to addressing commercial and contractual considerations.Responding to

RFPs, RFIs,

and proactively driving business development efforts.Collaborating with

cross-functional teams

(pricing, technology, transition) to design innovative, client-specific solutions.Presenting solutions

to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.Staying current on emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, AI/ML, RPA) and identifying opportunities to incorporate them into client solutions.Contributing to

transformation roadmaps and strategic consulting

projects.
