About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Director to lead our Human Resources function at NNIIT, a dynamic e-learning platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and innovative HR professional to shape the future of our organization.

Job Description

The Senior HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, driving organizational development efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and leading the HR team in setting clear objectives that support the company's mission and vision.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent, developing effective strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning, and implementing performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Serving as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and employment laws in all operational areas, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and fair policies.
  • Training and Development: Designing and implementing training programs that align with employee development needs and business goals, supporting continuous learning and skill development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, and evaluating training effectiveness and adjusting programs as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness, monitoring industry trends and benchmarks to make informed decisions regarding compensation packages, and managing budgeting and forecasting for HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Implementing and optimizing HR systems and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring data privacy and security standards are met.
About You

We are looking for a Senior HR Director with proven experience in HR leadership roles within the e-learning or tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
