You'll be responsible for
Working closely with the sales lead for technical closures of potential prospects and leads.
Support the selling cycle with relevant demos and proof of concept engagements
Become a trusted advisor to the technical decision maker
Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and helping with customer onboarding.
Collect and document competitive intelligence
Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements
Contributing to the sales and messaging strategy improvements.
Monitoring news and developments relating to or impacting key customers or prospects.
You're someone who
Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Has 6-8 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or IT.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn/dive in where necessary.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Has a positive attitude and is willing to juggle multiple projects.
This role supports our business in the US and hence requires the incumbent to work in US Shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).
