**Job Purpose**: We are looking to hire a Presales Executive with experience in handling Insurance deals.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas easily.
2-5 years of prior experience in pre-sales and bid management in the IT services industry, preferably in insurance domain.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing and understanding requests like RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs (Request for Proposals, Request for Quotations, and Request for Information).
- Crafting strong responses to these requests.
- Creating forward-looking proposals and responses.
- Participating in client calls with the sales team to understand client needs.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver an effective proposal.
- Coordinating the bid process, collaborating with various teams to create persuasive proposals.
- Understanding the full scope and potential risks in RFX documents, working closely with technology and solution teams to create tailored solutions.
- Conducting customer research to understand their challenges and create valuable solutions.
- Presenting solutions and value propositions to clients professionally.
- Presenting demos to clients across Aspires insurance solutions.
- Developing clear capability presentation.
