Timings : 6 PM - 3 AM IST
The Associate Account Manager is the brand ambassador of our organization responsible for helping Fortune 500 companies, Mid-Size enterprises and growing Startups across North America, Europe, APAC and Australia to Reskill and Upskill their existing workforce with the help of our effective products such as JUMP, REWIRE, Performance Consulting among others. Their objective is to directly engage the leadership of prospective clients and maintain relationships with our existing clients in order to make them ready for the technologies of tomorrow.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Associate Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our B2C customers, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The B2C Associate Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2C clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Sales Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
Customer Retention:
Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to address concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree must
Proven experience in B2C sales or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Knowledge of the [industry/niche] is a plus.
