Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join Patel Dairy Products Private Limited. This full-time, on-site role will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with potential to expand into Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring the company meets its growth targets.

1. Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and drive business expansion.

2. Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and business development.- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and industry trends.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.- Strong business acumen and excellent communication abilities.- Expertise in Account Management.- Proven success in sales and business development.- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Experience in the dairy or food industry is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
