About Job Buildo: Job Buildo is an innovative recruitment platform designed specifically for the civil engineering sector connecting job seekers with employers across the construction bridge and highway industries. Leveraging a network of over 1.5 lakh members from the Civil Guruji community and beyond Job Buildo aims to streamline the hiring process ensuring the right talent meets the right opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in any segment. At least 12 years of experience in corporate relations or sales preferably in the recruitment placement or construction industry or recruitment industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Willing to travel is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with employers in the construction sectors. Onboard the potential customers. Understand client requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions. Conduct regular followups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to attract new clients. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Job Buildo. Provide feedback to the development team for platform improvements based on client inputs. Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales targets.
