We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Corporate Relationship Officer to join our team. This role involves strategic planning client acquisition and ensuring the growth and success of our recruitment platform Job Buildo.

Leveraging a network of over 1.5 lakh members from the Civil Guruji community and beyond Job Buildo aims to streamline the hiring process ensuring the right talent meets the right opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 45 years of experience in corporate relations or sales with a proven track record of success in the recruitment (Naukri Monster apna etc) industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Job Buildo s client base in the construction bridge and highway sectors.
  • Onboard the potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with seniorlevel executives at client organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Oversee the entire client onboarding process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on client engagement sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior members.
