Job PositionThis is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager, Account cum Office located in Dehradun.Main Responsibilities:Oversee office administration tasks such as document management and correspondence.Manage financial records including accounts payable and receivable.Prepare detailed financial reports on a regular basis.Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.Effectively manage payroll processes to maintain employee satisfaction.Implement policies and procedures that promote compliance with financial regulations.Coordinate with vendors, employees, and management teams to achieve common goals.Key Qualifications:Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.Experience in budget management and payroll processing systems.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data analysis and documentation.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Essential Skills:Accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping software, Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, budget management, payroll processing, financial compliance, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail.
