About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.This role demands a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the software and IT consulting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.- Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and present customized solutions.- Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans.- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve or exceed targets.- Prepare commercial proposals and terms sheets for potential clients.- Manage, train, and expand the Inside Sales Team to enhance productivity.- Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and report metrics to management.- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings.- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.- Present regular sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team.Desired Candidate Profile:- Strong hunter mindset with a passion for acquiring new clients.- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong understanding of technical requirements and solution selling.- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously (ref:iimjobs.com)
