Job Description Company Description Supermax Laboratories is a prominent Indian pharmaceutical company renowned for producing high-quality and affordable medicines for global markets. With a legacy spanning over 30 years, Supermax operates out of a WHO-cGMP and ISO-certified facility in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Specializing in manufacturing a wide array of products, the company offers both antibiotics, including penicillins and cephalosporins, and non-antibiotics such as NSAIDs, cardiovascular medications, psychotropics, antifungal drugs, and multivitamins. Supermax provides medications in diverse dosage forms including tablets, hard gelatin capsules, and dry syrups, aiming to cater to comprehensive healthcare needs worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dehradun. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and attracting new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining and expanding customer accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions and driving revenue growth by proposing tailored strategies to meet customer needs. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation skills - Strong abilities in Account Management and maintaining client relationships - Excellent Business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities - Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven experience in a related field is a plus - Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Ability to work on-site and willingness to travel as required by the role
