Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers, including homeowners, builders, contractors and architects in the Dehradun.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Promote Rippotai's & Chhabra Marble's product range and turnkey services (from design to delivery).
- Visit clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable product and service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the Delhi head office and local teams for pricing, quotations, and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence about competitors, pricing, and new projects in the area.
- Represent the company at local exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development - preferably in construction/interior or real estate industry.
- Good local network in Dehradun (builders, architects, contractors, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
