Spiders Tech Services is a Dehradun-based IT Service Provider specializing in custom software solutions, web applications, automation (RPA), and emerging technologies. We help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and grow with technology.

We are looking for a fresh and dynamic Business Development Executive who is eager to kickstart their career in the IT industry. This role is ideal for B.Tech graduates or equivalent, who are passionate about technology, communication, and learning AI tools to engage with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the company's services (Custom Software Development, Web Development, RPA, AI/Automation).
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Maintain client relationships by handling queries and following up regularly.
  • Learn and leverage AI tools to improve lead generation, client communication, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to align client requirements with solutions.

Desired Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) – verbal and written.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to AI tools and new technologies.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software development concepts.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with curiosity to explore client needs.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility

  • Education: B.Tech (preferred) or Graduate in any discipline with IT/technical interest.
  • Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).
  • Location: Must be based in Dehradun or willing to relocate.
