
Business Development Manager

At Spiders Tech Services, we deliver high-performing Web, Mobile, and CRM solutions. We're expanding fast and we need a Business Development Manager who knows how to convert conversations into long-term client partnerships.
Role Overview
You'll identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and partnerships. You'll manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding, supported by our technical and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for IT projects and SaaS products.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, startups, and SMEs.
- Manage CRM for pipeline tracking and follow-ups.
- Create and present proposals and quotations with project teams.
- Coordinate with Project Manager for delivery expectations.
- Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT/Software sales.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Understanding of website/app/CRM development services.
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
What We Offer
- Base Pay: ₹20k–₹30k/month + performance commission (5–10% per deal).
- Monthly bonus for achieving ₹1L+ client onboarding.
