At Spiders Tech Services, we deliver high-performing Web, Mobile, and CRM solutions. We're expanding fast and we need a Business Development Manager who knows how to convert conversations into long-term client partnerships.

Role Overview

You'll identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and partnerships. You'll manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding, supported by our technical and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for IT projects and SaaS products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, startups, and SMEs.
  • Manage CRM for pipeline tracking and follow-ups.
  • Create and present proposals and quotations with project teams.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager for delivery expectations.
  • Meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT/Software sales.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of website/app/CRM development services.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset.

  • Base Pay: ₹20k–₹30k/month + performance commission (5–10% per deal).
