We are a growing tech company specializing in custom CRM platforms, property aggregator solutions, and lead automation systems designed for real estate agencies and developers. Our mission is to help traditional property businesses go digital, generating more leads, closing deals faster, and scaling operations with smart automation.

Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can pitch and onboard real estate agencies to our digital solutions.

You'll be the bridge between our tech team and real estate clients, helping them understand how our CRM and lead generation tools can transform their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to real estate agents, brokers, and property agencies (initially in Dehradun region).
  • Pitch our Real Estate CRM, Lead Aggregator Platform, and Automation Solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or in-person visits.
  • Understand client needs, present demos, and coordinate with internal tech team for customized proposals.
  • Manage and update leads in CRM; report weekly progress and feedback.
  • Meet monthly target of onboarding at least 1 client with deal value ₹1,00,000+.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals, referrals, and upsells.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / client acquisition (preferred: real estate, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi.
  • Confident in explaining software and digital tools to non-technical business owners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based structure.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, real estate processes, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Laptop + smartphone with reliable internet access required.
