We're expanding our development team and looking for a skilled Web Developer who can bring ideas to life across WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce platforms — and who's excited to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Web Developer, you'll work closely with our design, marketing, and operations teams to build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites and eCommerce stores. You'll play a key role in implementing clean, scalable code and creating digital experiences that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
  • Create and modify themes, plugins, and templates to meet client needs.
  • Ensure responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance site builds.
  • Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Optimize site speed, security, and overall functionality.
  • Document development processes and maintain version control (Git).
  • Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and platform updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience in web development.
  • Proven expertise in WordPress (custom themes, Elementor, plugins, PHP).
  • Strong experience with Shopify (Liquid programming, theme customization).
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce setup and customization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and web performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — workflows, automations, and funnel building.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, Zapier, or CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS setups or modern frameworks (React, ).
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing company or fast-paced creative environment.

Job Type: Full-time
