Tech Lead

We're an agile IT development agency focused on building business-critical solutions, from custom CRMs to mobile apps. We're seeking a Tech Lead who's passionate about scalable architecture, code quality, and mentoring developers.
Role Overview
You'll be the technical backbone of the organization, ensuring clean architecture, reviewing code, guiding developers, and owning deployment success. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and director on both client projects and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review code and maintain GitHub best practices.
- Architect backend & frontend solutions for scalable web/app builds.
- Mentor developers and coordinate with freelancers.
- Handle complex integrations and optimize performance.
- Collaborate on productized offerings (CRM kits, lead aggregator platforms).
- Maintain documentation and deployment SOPs.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Full Stack (Laravel + React / Node + React Native).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud hosting (AWS preferred).
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Ability to lead small cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and leadership habits.
What We Offer
- Base Pay: ₹35k–₹50k/month or equivalent retainer.
- Performance bonus up to 15% based on quality & delivery.
