**Role Overview**
As a **Junior Research Associate**, you’ll work alongside our R&D team to develop and test rapid detection methods for common milk adulterants. You'll contribute directly to the creation of field-ready kits that serve labs, dairy plants, and consumers.

**What You'll Do**
- Conduct lab testing and support method development for adulterants
- Handle reagent preparation, shelf-life studies, and performance evaluations
- Assist with enzyme-based detection R&D and process optimization
- Maintain lab data, record, and collaborate with the lead researcher

**What We’re Looking For**
- **B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry**, or related field
- Knowledge or academic exposure to **enzyme-based methods** or **dairy product testing**:

- Familiarity with lab instruments (pH meter, weighing balance, etc.)
- Research-oriented mindset, detail-focused, and open to fieldwork
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm to work in a hands-on, fast-paced startup lab
