**Job Title: Professor / Associate Professor**

**Location**: College of Pharmacy, Shivalik Campus, P.O, Shimla Bypass Road Shiniwala, Sherpur,Dehradun,Uttarakhand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmacy.
- Guide research scholars and contribute to the research output of the department.
- Develop curriculum and course material in line with current industry trends and academic requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UGC, PCI and other regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to academic administration, mentoring of students, and outreach activities.
- Play an active role in institutional and departmental accreditations (NAAC & NBA).
- Participate in faculty development programs, seminars, and academic conferences.
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary research and consultancy projects.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Research orientation with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Familiarity with UGC norms and regulatory frameworks.
- Team-building abilities.
- Proficient in academic planning, evaluation, and student development.
- **Professor / Associate Professor**:

- Ph.D. in Pharmacy with specialization in a relevant domain.
- M.Pharm in Pharmacy with specialization in Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Pharmaceutics.
- Teaching and Research experience as per UGC norms.
